It has been quite a journey for him to be where he is today. He was born in Penang, but at the age of 7, his family relocated to Kuala Lumpur. Let him give you a brief tour of his thrilling yet humble adventure along the way.
After earning a Diploma in Information Technology and thriving in the IT industry for two decades, he began his journey as an OA (office automation) support staff at a bank back in 1996. After a successful stint there, he ventured into a new role as a System Engineer for an Insurance Adjusting company, and subsequently lent his expertise to an Oil and Gas company for a few years in Cyberjaya before joining a leading Hypermarket as an IT Infrastructure Manager. His last corporate job was with one of the United States' top paint companies before he started his Real Estate Agency.
For the past 20 years, he has been working in IT and typically receives a bonus between 1-3 months. Many employees can relate to this situation, where corporate life may not allow for significant growth but still provides financial stability. In 2011, the real estate calling began his journey in the industry after he sold his two-year-old apartment and made six figures, which he had been renting out to generate a positive yield.
